VideoSlim Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VideoSlim, developed by Kebek Interactive, handles your videos, locally stored information and data processed by third-party services. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to [email protected].

Video processing

VideoSlim processes the videos you select locally on your device for compression, editing, preview and export. Kebek Interactive does not receive or store your video content. A video leaves your device only when you choose to share it with another app, service or recipient.

Information stored on your device

VideoSlim does not create user accounts. It may store your language, settings, tutorial status, compression history, export references, pending edits, credit balance, milestone progress and cached Pro entitlement locally. Exported videos remain on your device until you delete them.

Firebase services

VideoSlim uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand feature usage, Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose failures, and Firebase Remote Config to retrieve app and economy settings. Depending on the service, Google may process installation identifiers, app events, device and operating-system information, approximate location derived from IP address, performance information and crash diagnostics. Video content is not sent to these services by VideoSlim.

Advertising and consent

The free version uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial and rewarded ads. Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses, advertising or device identifiers, device information, ad interactions, diagnostics and fraud-prevention data. Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for and manages advertising consent. Eligible users can reopen privacy options from VideoSlim settings. Choosing non-personalized advertising does not remove all data processing needed to deliver, measure, secure and prevent abuse of ads.

Purchases

VideoSlim offers monthly and annual automatically renewing Pro subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase through Google Play. Google processes payment and account information under its own terms. Kebek Interactive does not receive complete payment-card details; VideoSlim receives purchase status and product information needed to grant, verify and restore Pro access. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through Google Play.

Permissions and device access

VideoSlim may request access to videos or storage to select, scan, save and share files; notification permission to show compression progress; and foreground-service or wake-lock access to continue a compression you started while the app is in the background. Permissions can be managed in Android settings. The app may also receive videos you intentionally send through Android’s share sheet.

Sharing, retention and deletion

When you share a file, it is provided only to the destination you select, whose own privacy terms then apply. You can delete exports and history through the app where available, or remove local app data through Android settings. Uninstalling VideoSlim removes app-private information, but videos previously exported to shared storage may remain until you delete them. Google retains third-party service data according to its policies.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to what VideoSlim’s features require, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure. VideoSlim is not directed specifically to children, and Kebek Interactive does not knowingly seek personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
